Optional : As an option and for shorter stays, your studio may be all inclusive: Heat, electricity, internet, as well as bed linen, towels, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plates, pillows... Starter consumables are also included but not supplied throughout the rental such as coffee, dishwasher pods, washing machines detergents.... These options are available at an extra cost.

2000$ per month for a 12month lease (Furnished -- bare bone), no heat, no electricity, no internet.
2200$ per month for an 12-month lease for an all inclusive *
2400$ per month for an 6-month lease for an all inclusive *
2600$ per month for an 3-month lease for an all inclusive *
3000$ per month for an 1-2 month lease for an all inclusive *

* Hydro, water, fast internet, Disney, Netflix, Prime, local channels and fully furnished. You are only required to bring with your personal belongings. Everything else is provided. A small storage locker is provided for your luggage.

Additional House Rules:
1) Our condo is non-smoking, no vaping, no drugs or other substances.
2) No pets - No Exceptions.
3) Occupancy limit: Maximum amount of person in my unit is two (2).
4) Occupying guests may have up to 4 guests to enjoy the common areas. A maximum of 2 people in the unit at all times.
5) Tenant / guest general liability & personal belongings insurance for 2 million dollars is required for your own protection. In the absence of insurance, we will be able to refer you to an insurance broker who will discuss with you your needs in accordance with our rental requirements at the time you check - in.
6) Security deposit of $1000 required at check-in.

Violation of these house rules can lead to immediate remove of all guests without refund, and a fine of 1000$ per day.

A list of condo rules will be handed to you at check-in. Any breach of condo rules that may result in depriving other residents of their right of enjoyment of their apartment or of the public areas they may normally access is subject to a fine of up to $1000 per offence.

Additional Fees:
1) 250$ per day smoking fee
2) 200$ for lost (or not returned) parking remote and access card.

Options:
1) Indoor parking spot $350 per month.
